This policy explains how Audio – Video Alternatives, LLC collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website.
Information you give us
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, contact details, and message to respond to your request. Your submission is sent to our customer relationship management system (CRM), LeadConnector / HighLevel.
If you use our chat assistant, we collect the messages you type. If you choose to share them, we also collect your name, email address, phone number, address, and details about the work you need. The assistant answers questions and collects contact and project details so we can follow up. Replies are generated using Anthropic’s AI service. We and our marketing agency, AQ Marketing, keep the chat transcript and the details you provide. This information is also sent to our CRM, LeadConnector / HighLevel.
Information collected automatically
When you visit, the website collects your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and time on the site. Our tools use information to measure website use, host and deliver pages, display content, and check forms for spam and automated bots.
